Dr Daniella Trimboli received her jointly awarded PhD in Cultural Studies at he University of Melbourne and the University of British Columbia in 2016. Her dissertation analysed the intersection of everyday multiculturalism and digital storytelling, and her broader research interests include cosmopolitanism and critical race theory in relation to community-based and diasporic art practices. Daniella is currently working as a Research Fellow at the Research Unit in Public Cultures at the University of Melbourne. She is an assistant editor of the Journal of Intercultural Studies.
In her spare time, Daniella can be found with her nose in a book, at live music gigs, or trying to master a cutback on her surfboard.
